This policy is effective as of 03/31/2021.

To remain compliant with federal banking regulations, our compliance team actively monitors bank-to-bank transfers (also known as ACH transfers) and returns associated with each member's account. If you incur returns, our compliance team reserves the right to revoke your bank-to-bank transfer permissions within your app.

This action only impacts your ability to transfer funds between bank accounts.

You may still use your debit card, send and receive money between friends' Bridge accounts, and deposit and withdraw your money using other methods such as direct deposit, cash withdrawal, and linked third-party payment apps (e.g. Cash App, PayPal, Venmo).

Should our compliance team decide to revisit this decision in the future, we will contact you directly.
