FRAUDULENT, ABUSIVE, OR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY

Bridge monitors all dispute claims for fraudulent, abusive, and/or suspicious activity. We reserve and practice the right to close accounts and are legally obligated to report users conducting suspicious and/or illegal activities.

Unauthorized Charges

If you do not recognize a transaction, we recommend locking your debit card. This will prevent any additional unauthorized purchases from being made.

If the suspicious transaction appeared after losing or misplacing your card, you are obligated to report it.

If you do not recognize a charge on your account or were charged an incorrect amount, follow these steps:

1. Contact the Merchant

Contacting the merchant directly is the fastest way to resolve a transaction issue. Please remember that settlement times for refunds depend entirely on the individual merchant and their issuing bank. Funds are deposited into your account as soon as we receive them.

If you do not see your funds posted into your account, please follow-up with the merchant to confirm the status of your refund.

2. Contact Visa 24/7 Support

If the merchant is unable to reverse the transaction or credit your account, please contact Visa support directly. All members have access to 24/7 Visa support at 1-877-703-5024.

The Visa agents assisting you will let you know when you can expect to receive your provisional credit and next steps. In general, you can anticipate a provisional credit to appear in your account within 10 business days, but please confirm this with the Visa agent. You can call Visa 24/7 at 1-877-703-5024 to request a status update.
