Application denial cannot be reversed.

Bridge is available to legal US residents who meet the following criteria:

  • 18+ years of age

  • Valid mailing address

  • Valid SSN

  • Access to a text message-enabled phone

  • Approval by our banking partner

Additional reasons you may have been denied an account include:

  • SSN verification failed: If we were unable to verify the Social Security Number you submitted, we may ask you to upload a photo of your Social Security card to confirm your SSN

  • Other verification criteria failed: If we were not able to verify your identity, we would be unable to issue you a Bridge membership. This outcome is final.

  • Duplicate account holder: Bridge allows one deposit account per person. If you already have a Bridge account and are attempting to open a second deposit account with Bridge, the second account application would be denied.
