Application rejection cannot be reversed.

Reasons you may have been denied an account include:

  • Verification criteria failed: If we were not able to verify your identity, we would be unable to issue you a Bridge account. This outcome is final.

  • Duplicate account holder: Bridge allows one account per person. If account updates are needed (phone number, email, etc), please review the related articles on how to make those changes. If you're unable to self-service, please contact our Member Experience team! Multiple account creations can result in the deactivation of all associated accounts.

  • Previously removed from Bridge: If you have been previously suspended, removed, or otherwise deactivated by Bridge, you may not create or register another account.
