When does Bridge send push notifications?
A purchase settles
You have earned coins to claim
The following notifications are only applicable to Money members:
Your debit card is locked or unlocked
Your monthly statement is available
You receive a direct deposit
A friend sends you money through the Send Money feature
How can I manage Bridge push notifications?
To turn your Bridge push notifications on or off:
Open the Bridge mobile app
Click your Profile in the top right corner
Click "Profile"
On the profile page, toggle Push Notifications on or off
Why do purchase notifications take so long to arrive?
When you swipe your card or enter your card number to make a purchase, the push notification may happen hours after you initiated the purchase.
Most charges don’t settle right away, and Bridge will only send a purchase push notification when a purchase is final. You can view pending purchases or authorizations in the "Transactions" section of the app.
