Push notifications let Bridge send helpful account alerts to your mobile device even when you don't have the Bridge app open.

When does Bridge send push notifications?

  • A purchase settles

  • You have earned coins to claim

The following notifications are only applicable to Money members:

  • Your debit card is locked or unlocked

  • Your monthly statement is available

  • You receive a direct deposit

  • A friend sends you money through the Send Money feature

How can I manage Bridge push notifications?

To turn your Bridge push notifications on or off:

  • Open the Bridge mobile app

  • Click your Profile in the top right corner

  • Click "Profile"

  • On the profile page, toggle Push Notifications on or off

Why do purchase notifications take so long to arrive?

When you swipe your card or enter your card number to make a purchase, the push notification may happen hours after you initiated the purchase.

Most charges don’t settle right away, and Bridge will only send a purchase push notification when a purchase is final. You can view pending purchases or authorizations in the "Transactions" section of the app.
