What are Bridge coins?
Bridge coins are available exclusively to Bridge members and are earned when members perform certain activities in the Bridge app. After an activity is completed, members can claim coins via the Earn portal in the app.
How can I view and use my coins?
You can view your coins at anytime by logging into your Bridge app and tapping Available Coins.
As soon as you've met the cash out threshold, you can cash out your coins for immediate deposit into your Bridge spending account.
Why can't I cash out yet?
In some cases, you may need to take additional action before you can cash out.

External bank account: Earn members must link their active external bank account to cash out

Log in to the app daily
Complete surveys in your Bridge app
Link more of your external accounts
& more!
After you complete an Earn opportunity, tap Claim, and the coins will be added to your Earn coin balance!
How many coins do I earn for each activity?
Refer to your Bridge app for the most up-to-date information on how many coins you can earn for each activity.
Do my coins expire?
Coins that are claimed will never expire, however, some earning opportunities must be claimed within 7 days.
Once you claim coins, they will remain in your coin balance until you cash them out.
What happens to my coins if I close my Bridge account?
If your Bridge account is closed for any reason, uncashed coins will be lost. If you wish to close your Bridge account, we recommend cashing out your available coin balance before closing your account.
Can I send some or all of my coins to my friend who has Bridge?
At this time, you are unable to transfer coins to any other Bridge member.
Are Bridge coins a cryptocurrency?
No. Bridge coins are a virtual currency we created. Bridge coins exist solely within the Bridge app and can be only be exchanged for cash in the app at this time.
