Verifying your email address helps keep your account secure and ensures you can easily update your phone number if something happens to your phone.
When you apply for a Bridge account, we email a verification link to your email on file. The link is active for 12 hours, and only the most recent link is active.
Confirm if your Email is Verified
Open the Bridge app
Log in with your number on file
Tap the profile icon in the top right corner
If a green "VERIFIED" note appears under your email address - you're all set 🙂
If a red "UNVERIFIED" note appears, continue with the steps below
Verify your Email
Open the Profile section of the Bridge app
Edit your email and wait a few minutes
Next, go to your email on file
Open the email (subject line: Please verify your email address for full app access)
In the email, tap Verify Email Address button
In the Bridge app, your email will update to "VERIFIED"
If you tap the Verify Email Address button and get an error stating "This email could not be found", follow the verification steps above
If the verification email is not received:
Wait a few minutes in case there's a small email delay
Search your spam folder
Try the verification steps one more time
