Verifying your email address helps keep your account secure and ensures you can easily update your phone number if something happens to your phone.

When you apply for a Bridge account, we email a verification link to your email on file. The link is active for 12 hours, and only the most recent link is active.

Confirm if your Email is Verified

  • Open the Bridge app

  • Log in with your number on file

  • Tap the profile icon in the top right corner

  • Tap "Profile"

  • If a green "VERIFIED" note appears under your email address - you're all set 🙂

  • If a red "UNVERIFIED" note appears, continue with the steps below

Verify your Email

  • Open the Profile section of the Bridge app

  • Edit your email and wait a few minutes

  • Next, go to your email on file

  • Open the email (subject line: Please verify your email address for full app access)

  • In the email, tap Verify Email Address button

  • In the Bridge app, your email will update to "VERIFIED"

Troubleshooting

  • If you tap the Verify Email Address button and get an error stating "This email could not be found", follow the verification steps above

  • If the verification email is not received:

    • Wait a few minutes in case there's a small email delay

    • Search your spam folder

    • Try the verification steps one more time

    • If you still do not receive a verification email, contact Bridge from within the app, and we'll be happy to help!
