Verifying your email address helps keep your account secure.
- When you apply for a Bridge account, we email a verification link to your email on file 
- The link is active for 12 hours 
- If you've received more than one verification email, only the most recent email is active 
Confirm if your Email is Verified
- Open the Bridge app 
- Log in with your number on file 
- Tap the profile icon in the top right corner 
- Tap "Profile" 
- If a green "verified" note appears under your email address - you're all set π 
- If a red "unverified" note appears below your email, follow the steps below 
Verify your Email
- Open the Profile section of the Bridge app 
- Tap Verify 
- Next, go to your email on file 
- Open the email (subject line: Please verify your email address for full app access) 
- In the email, tap Verify Email Address button 
- In the Bridge app, your email will update to "VERIFIED" 
Troubleshooting
- If you tap the Verify Email Address button and get an error stating "This email could not be found", follow the verification steps above 
- If the verification email is not received: - Wait a few minutes in case there's a small email delay 
- Search your spam folder 
- Try the verification steps one more time 
- If you still do not receive a verification email, contact Bridge from within the app, and we'll be happy to help!
