Earn members must link their external bank account to cash out coins.
Cashing out to a linked credit card is not supported.
To link an external bank account:
Log in to the Bridge app
Tap Manage Money
Under Linked Accounts, tap + Add Account
Tap Connect Bank Account
On the Plaid screen, tap Continue
In the search bar 🔎, enter the name of your bank
Follow the prompts to log in and connect your external bank account
You may be redirected to another screen during this process. Continue following the directions onscreen, and return to the Bridge app when prompted.
Your external bank information must match your Bridge account information.
Ensure your bank details (full name, date of birth) match your Bridge details.
If the external account belongs to someone else, the account cannot be linked.
To successfully link your external bank account, the bank account details must match your Bridge Earn account details.
Your cash out arrival is subject to your external bank's ACH timeline.
All external, bank-to-bank transfers in the U.S. are subject to the U.S. Federal Reserve's ACH regulations.
Cash outs to an external bank account can take up to six business days to arrive
Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or federal bank holidays.
