Complete activities to unlock your rent reward each month
If you completed qualifying activities, on the 1st of the following month, you'll see pending Rent Reward coins in your app!

When will I be rewarded?

Rent Rewards are issued by our system on the 1st of the month, for the prior month
Rent Rewards are issued as pending coins, which will be available to claim on the date shown to you in your Bridge app
How much can I earn?
1% Rent Rewards up to $1,000 in monthly rent or mortgage
If your rent is $800/mo, you'd be eligible for 800 coins/mo!
If your rent or mortgage is over $1,000, your reward will be 1000 coins
