Redeeming a Gift Card/Redemption Code

Via the TJ Maxx Mobile App

  1. Open the Bridge app

  2. Tap Accounts (bottom right tab)

  3. Tap View All Cards

  4. Tap your new card

  5. Copy the redemption code

  6. Open app, sign-up or sign-in to a TJ Maxx account

  7. During checkout, select Apply a new certificate or card

  8. Enter gift card code and PIN then tap Apply

  9. After you redeem the code, return to the Bridge app

  10. Tap Accounts

  11. Tap View All Cards

  12. Tap the card you just redeemed

  13. Tap "I've redeemed this card"

Via the Computer

  1. During TJ Maxx online checkout, select Apply a new certificate or card

  2. Enter gift card code and PIN then tap Apply

  3. After you redeem the code, return to the Bridge app

  4. Tap Accounts

  5. Tap View All Cards

  6. Tap the card you just redeemed

  7. Tap "I've redeemed this card"

Checking a Gift Card/Redemption Code Balance

TJ Maxx Mobile App

  1. Enter your code and PIN here.

  2. Your current gift card balance will be displayed.
