Redeeming a Gift Card/Redemption Code

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, open the App Store app

At the top of the screen, tap the sign-in button or your photo

Tap "Redeem Gift Card or Code." If you don’t see “Redeem Gift Card or Code,” sign in with your Apple ID

Tap "Use Camera" and follow the instructions on the screen

After you redeem the code, return to the Bridge app

1. Open the Bridge app
2. Tap Accounts (bottom right tab)
3. Tap View All Cards
4. Tap your new card
5. Copy the redemption code
6. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, open the App Store app
7. At the bottom of the screen, tap Today
8. At the top of the screen, tap the sign-in button or your photo
9. Tap "Redeem Gift Card or Code." If you don’t see “Redeem Gift Card or Code,” sign in with your Apple ID
10. Tap "Use Camera" and follow the instructions on the screen
11. After you redeem the code, return to the Bridge app
12. Tap Accounts
13. Tap View All Cards
14. Tap the card you just redeemed
15. Tap "I've redeemed this card"

Click Use Camera and follow the instructions on the screen

For Windows: If you're using a PC, redeem your gift card in iTunes. From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account, then choose Redeem, then sign in and follow the instructions on the screen

1. On your Mac, open the App Store 
2. Click your name or the sign-in button
3. Click Redeem Gift Card
4. Click Use Camera and follow the instructions on the screen
5. For Windows: If you're using a PC, redeem your gift card in iTunes. From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account, then choose Redeem, then sign in and follow the instructions on the screen
6. After you redeem the code, return to the Bridge app
7. Tap Accounts
8. Tap View All Cards
9. Tap the card you just redeemed
10. Tap "I've redeemed this card"

Checking a Gift Card/Redemption Code Balance

Tap your photo or the sign-in button at the top of the screen

You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.

If you have a balance, the amount appears below your name. If you don't see an amount, you don't have a balance.
