Redeeming a Gift Card/Redemption Code
Via the Taco Bell Mobile App
Open the Bridge app
Tap Accounts (bottom right tab)
Tap View All Cards
Tap your new card
Write down the redemption code
Taco Bell is not able to accept gift cards in-store
Using the Taco bell app, choose your order, then during checkout, choose 'pick up' or 'drive-thru'
Under Payment method, press 'add' beside Taco Bell Card
Manually type your 16 digit code into the Taco Bell app (Manually enter the 16 digits code, Taco Bell's app auto populates spaces after every 4 digits, and accepts the gift card number with no issue. Copy/pasting the code from the Bridge app directly to the Taco Bell app will show the number pasted in as 16 digits with no spaces and you will get an error message)
If you get an error that says "gift card invalid", check your gift card balance here and try manually entering your gift card into your order again after 10-15 minutes.
After you redeem the code, return to the Bridge app
Tap Accounts
Tap View All Cards
Tap the card you just redeemed
Tap "I've redeemed this card"
