Redeeming a Gift Card/Redemption Code

Via the Grubhub Mobile App

  1. Open the Bridge app

  2. Tap Accounts (bottom right tab)

  3. Tap Grubhub Cards

  4. Tap your new card

  5. Copy the redemption code

  6. Log in to your Grubhub account

  7. Tap the Profile icon and then Gift Card

  8. Tap Redeem a Gift Card, enter your digital e-gift card code and add balance to your account

  9. Your digital e-gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet

  10. After you redeem the code, return to the Bridge app

  11. Tap Accounts

  12. Tap Grubhub Cards

  13. Tap the card you just redeemed

  14. Tap "I've redeemed this card"

Via a Computer

  1. Click here and sign-in to your Grubhub account

  2. Tap on your name and select Gift Cards

  3. Tap Redeem a Gift Card, enter your digital e-gift card code and add balance to your account

  4. Your digital e-gift card balance will be applied to your account wallet

  5. After you redeem the code, return to the Bridge app

  6. Tap Accounts

  7. Tap Grubhub Cards

  8. Tap the card you just redeemed

  9. Tap "I've redeemed this card"

Checking your balance

Computer

  1. Sign into Grubhub to access your account

  2. Tap on your name and select Gift Cards

  3. Your current digital e-gift card balance will be displayed

Grubhub Mobile App

  1. Gift card must be redeemed to check balance
